Highland Ridge Townhomes was first developed in 2005 and encompasses 80 townhomes build by Woodhill Homes. Two models are available: a one-car garage and townhouse with a  size of 1,375 square feet and a two-car garage and a townhouse with a size of 1,575 square feet.

Bend & Redmond Home Builders: Woodhill Homes is owned by George Hale and Jay Campbell. The company builds homes in the entry level and move up markets in both Bend and Redmond. Previous neighborhoods built by Woodhill Homes are Pheasant Run, Forest Pines and Forest Glen in Bend, as well as Willow Springs and Highland Ridge in Redmond.
